How to Transmute Our Patterns of Behavior into Our Immaculate Concept

Every time we meet someone and attempt to connect or communicate on a higher level, we quickly sense whether there is resonance—or not. Some people feel instantly aligned, as if they’ve met before. Has this ever happened to you?

In school, we’re introduced to the concept of “instinct” and told about studies where it was observed that ducklings instinctively follow the first moving being they see upon hatching. They don’t think about it. They don’t feel their way. They simply follow. It is a built-in drive—a patterned response.

As human beings, we’re told we don’t operate by instinct in quite the same way. But we do have powerful inner compulsions: the need to learn, to attach meaning, and this is how we create patterns of behavior even though they may foreign to our true nature.

But, through the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood—especially those of Mother Mary—we come to understand that each soul carries within it a distinct divine blueprint. This is our true pattern and it’s etched into the etheric body and stored in soul memory.

Mother Mary calls this the immaculate concept—the pure and perfect image of our true self, held in the mind of God. It is a living pattern, waiting to be activated and realized in form.
